Just starting in Real Estate. Some agents I have talked to are "Killing" it with Zillow. I know one agent spending about $5.000 per month. Talked to others with the opposite result. The winners say that success largely depends on follow-up with leads. You get out what you put in. To me, it seems a little pricey, and all of the "Good" areas in my community are all booked up. Not sure where I'm going, but AI might give it a try for a small contract.
