I'm a lawyer, part-time YouTuber, son, brother, startup founder, fiancé, black coffee drinker and plant dad. I graduated from Cambridge University (where I studied French and Spanish), topped my law school class and now work for a corporate law firm in London as a trainee solicitor (which takes up a lot of my time)!

I promise i can live and wfh without paying 250 or 600 bucks for a line of wood when the whole desk cost as much or lees.

If they did that keyboard in a TKL configuration I would buy it instantly.
Low profile TKL keyboards are far and few between

Something that I haven't heard mentioned on any videos that mention the Halo light bar, is that the front and rear light brightness cannot be adjusted separately. If I could adjust them separately I'd have the front light at about 20% and the rear at 100%, but unfortunately I can't do this so I have both at 20% and end up with a dull back light. I'll likely be adding a separate back light because of this and had I known this would be the case I might've just gone with the Pro light bar instead.

Great video detailing the products you have (thank u!), not sure why I haven’t come across your channel previously as I’m constantly searching for the right upgrades for my home office! Will be taking a look at some of these but I had a question as I’m not so tech savvy… I currently have 2 monitors for 2 separate laptops that I use for work & they are both on individual laptop stands open connected to a monitor each - what suggestion do you have to minimise my clutter? I was thinking to upgrade my monitors & close my laptops but not sure that would be the solution as the space I currently have is limited so having a monitor like the one you showcased in this video might not work… especially 2 of them!

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Comments are purely based on my experience. You are a hard-working professional and you are completely deserving to spend all the money that you make, but just as nostalgia. When I started YouTube videos watching only nerds and geeks making tech videos used to make desk setup showcasing their tech products now anything and everything surrounding a desk that can be sponsored or got paid for is making a set up video. This is how capitalism works. I guess.

As someone who is trained as DSE Assessor a good chair, fully adjustable montior are imporant as is the overall environment of your home office. Some very good choices there . I'm surprised as a lawyer it's considered ok to have a smart speaker in a room where you work due to the security risks and the nature of your work my employer does not allow thiem in rooms employees use for home working .
