Good to clarify a lot of English common law jurisdictions have the doctrine of privity, which means third parties cannot necessarily enforce the contract

I live in a homeless shelter. The building is owned by the Pentagon but loaned out to HUD for shelter. A woman is claiming to own the building and property because she paid off a management company to open it when it had an injunction against it. She wishes to claim all the property to turn it over to someone else. The residents are in danger of being forced out onto the streets. The staff at the shelter are not really to be trusted to enforce the true ownership and could insist that we leave. There are around fifty people living in the building. We are Third Party Beneficiaries to the original agreement but we will have no ability to challenge the decision to force us to leave unless we have some sort of legal standing and authority. Anyone who could help would be very welcome. It is getting very ugly here in Portland Maine.
