FTC SOLAR (FTCI) IPO STOCK ANALYSIS – Solar Tracker Systems

Today I will be analysing the company on FTC Solar, which if everything goes as planned, it should be going public this upcoming April 27th, 2021 in the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol FTCI. As always, my aim with this video is to give a good overview of the company analysing several different aspects, that can help you get a better overall perspective on it, and then if you find it interesting then you can go ahead and due your own due diligence. Let me firstly give an overview of the topics that I will be covering today. First of all, I will give a general introduction to the company and some general metrics, afterwards we will look at the industry it is in, both the solar and also the trackers, followed by the financials, and we will compare these with one of its competitors which is publicly traded as the others are not, then we will look into its IPO price and valuation and we will also compare it with its other competitor that is publicly traded, which is Array Technologies, and finally I will be giving my personal opinion on the stock and my future plans with it.

UPDATE: It will start trading finally on 28.04.2021 and the IPO price will be of 13$/share, which is well below the initial range proposed of 18-20$/share.
