27:20 : hyponatremia is due to a lack of concentration of electrolytes, not because an excess of hydration. And yes, if you drink too much *pure* water, you decrease electrolyte's concentration in the blood. Not if you drink water with electrolytes.

Really enjoyed this episode; I'd like to hear a followup to cold conditions Dr. Casa touched on. Being from Florida where winter highs are rarely below 40 and humidity is almost always 80%+ I found it a real challenge to race Alcatraz. Even in summer the weather conditions were similar to our winters.
