You have eloborated the criminal procedure law but how the procedures is practiced in our country right from lodging FIR difficulties to making poor police approach of investigation skills, presenting challan before Judges in Courts to trial and twisting of justice etc make it more CRIMINAL..
Do we make a CHECK LIST of Criminal cases so that one must stick to it and proceed..

Sir one correction plz.
As in my understanding, the time limitation to file an appeal under section 417 in case of a criminal case instituted upon a FIR is 30 days and not 60 days.
60 days limitation lie in a criminal case instituted upon a criminal complaint.
Kindly correct me if I'm wrong.
