🌴 ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Villa Avanti is a unique and luxury villa located in the trendy Canggu area, close to many high-quality restaurants and famous beaches. The three-bedroom villa with a private pool was inspired by modern Mediterranean home design and a minimalistic interior design.

The garden is the perfect place to enjoy Bali's sunshine, with a central pool surrounded by palm trees and cacti. There are several seating options available to relax, have a drink or read a book.

The modern and minimal touches in the Villa Avanti make it an ideal canvas for beautiful shoots. The spaces are flooded with natural light, which makes it a loved location for pictures.

The three bedrooms in the villa all have king-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms and are equipped with air-conditioning. The master bedroom at Villa Avanti is located downstairs while the other two bedrooms are upstairs.

As well as the garden, there are several more areas around this home to relax and enjoy with friends and family. Just like a modern Mediterranean home you would find in Ibiza, the downstairs living room has full-height glass doors that can be opened to create the ideal indoor-outdoor entertainment space. There is also a roof terrace to further enjoy, relax or entertain.

I think I've fallen in love with this Villa! My favorite so far! The minimalist design and color scheme gives it a very tranquil vibe. The rustic texture of the floors, the doors, and the walls, are fit for a Queen. Makes me want to build one of my own and use it as an airbnb rental since I live far away from Bali. Who is the guy, Ross? He's a great tour guide. Splash score = 10!

Ross seems like such a lovely down to earth guy and his voice is great. My constructive feedback however would be having hosts that have some understanding about architecture and interior design. I would love to know further info about materials and furnishings used in the house and why certain design decisions were made. We get that things are 'nice' but there is so much more that could be said about these incredible spaces. I was glad to see some mentions of terrazzo etc but a lot was skipped over.
