How to Convert WMA Files to MP3

In this video I am explaining how to use VLC media player to convert a WMA file to an MP3 file. WMA is an audio format created by Microsoft This lost format was created to combat the MP3 audio format, and since WMA is a proprietary format, there are only some programs that support this format, unlike the MP3 format which is supported by a large number of programs. So in the video I am explaining an easy method by which you can easily convert a WMA file to MP3.
The steps to convert WMA files to MP3 are as follows:
- Open the VLC media player by double-clicking the shortcut or by searching “VLC” in the Window search feature.
- Click on the Media menu in the menu bar and then choose the Convert / Save option.
- Click on the Add button and select the WMA file that you want to convert. Then click on the Convert / Save button.
- Select the Profile as Audio - MP3 and choose the destination file by using the Browse button.
- Click on the Start button to start converting the WMA file to MP3. Once the file is converted, you can find it in the destination folder.
