I remember fishing all night with no luck then getting a tailor at 1am cut it in half for bait and within 15 minutes it caught us a perfect eating size bronzie which made for a great feed. Awesome bait

Yes i have done alot of fishing for Mulloway and you sure have to put the hours in to get a result they dont come easy very often and there is no doubt that commercial fisherman have had a impact on the stocks and as well as many other fish species.

Been chasing Jew for years. Gave up the beach the sand does my head in. Lucky enough to get a 1.18 17kg a few months back in Newcastle. 2-4kg rod, 2500, 10lb line. 2" grub.
I now carry dpi tags

The jewfish has always been elusive… have drifted off patonga/ Juno with live squid with no luck but near that fishing with both SP’s and live nippers bingo! All I generally catch are flatheads which 20% are thrown back cause they are over 70cm do get the occasional blue nose bream. Good show and yes I subscribed. And I am a chippy and have worked in the building industry for longer than I want admit. Have decked out the Cruiser and about to circumnavigate the east/southcoast to Perth and northern WA so your show is perfect! Keep it going 👍👍👍

Awesome video, really inspiring me to keep chasing those Mulloway's! Beach fishing is my favourite method by far too, just being out there is enough for me actually but catching a Jew would be the icing on the cake.

Liked the simplicity of the rig and the fact that the braid connection does not involve an FG knot. Uni knots whether single or double rarely fail if tied carefully and correctly and most importantly can be tied in the field with wet cold hands!

This was a great watch! Hope you guys do one on Rock Fishing too. Maybe one with Alex Bellissimo!

all my jewfish fishing is done off headlands with beach either side or beach n estuary either side in the far north of NSW n southern QLD using 7in to 10in soft paddle tails, mainly white. working the paddle tails in the gaps of the headland in the white water or sandy bottom coming into the headlands. rod seajigger 108H. reel saltist MQ 8000. best so far 138cm. keep these vids coming lads.

Have always been a Daiwa fan and as such am interested if you can tell me why the first and second stripping guides on the Seajigger 1042 M rod are opposite set to each other….I mean, the guides have three “arms” and the first two guides they are set in reverse of each other. I know this may be a bit pedantic but looking at these mess with my OCD….LOL! Certainly looks the goods for a light lure tossing rod for sure.
