Άστραψε και βρόντηξε ο Ρώσος πρόεδρος Βλαντιμίρ Πούτιν, κατά τη διάρκεια βιντεοδιάσκεψης με ανώτερους αξιωματούχους, η οποία και μεταδόθηκε από την τηλεόραση, όταν η συζήτηση έφτασε στο σημείο, όπου ο πρόεδρος αναφέρθηκε σε σχόλια ξένων, οι οποίοι αναρωτιούνται γιατί η Ρωσία να ελέγχει τα πλούσια ενεργειακά αποθέματα, που υπάρχουν στην περιοχή της Σιβηρίας.
