That defendant is a real piece of work, know he's driving with dirty hands of the expired license and no insurance, then has the Gaul to say this eccentric plaintiff was harassing him. Then uses this foreign ex or wife or whatever to justify his behavior. That plaintiff would have been smart to call out the police on the matter as that would have sorted things long ago in the plaintiffs favor. Another easy case for JJ to rule.
