Absolutely awesome, you guys are good people, and I can tell your whole heart was in this project. Being differently abled is very challenging, you guys brought back so much to this very lucky man. Much love and much respect, keep the momentum, and keep going

So Cool! And his reaction-Priceless! How do you make a grown man cry? Put some wheels and a motor together & make it classy!

As a wheelchair user there’s no way to get up or down that ramp alone with a manual or power chair. Well, you could get down but it would be the same as throwing yourself on the ground. Still cool looking van. Airbags are a great start and something I was looking into for my 08 Tundra, but got the same response from so called custom shops around me that they can’t do it. I ended up lowering it 4 inches lowest kit they make, and getting a asento XL seat to lift me up level to the drivers seat to transfer over.

I love that these guys' hearts are in the right place. The wrap, wheels, and air bags are great. But that ramp isn't usable. I have a Sprinter with a wheelchair lift in the side door rather than a ramp. Way more practical. You can get a really cool lift that goes under the van to accomplish the same job and that will actually work. Yes, it's a bit expensive, but it looks way better than the "school bus" lift I have, and it will work way better than this ramp that these guys built.

You can tell these guy's haven never sat in a wheelchair, it's the little things you miss not having done it.. The lip and the angle making it near impossible

Cool video but Braun makes a very superior solution. Costs a ton but for anyone who needs it it greatly increases quality of life.

Wonderful stuff - but the steering wheel went in on the wrong side.

It looks great on video... I was concerned for the steep ramp though... will he navigate that ramp on his own? Otherwise super nice van...

There is no way he can go up in that ramp

That little short steep ramp.. Doesn't seem very safe.

Can he drive up this ramp without help ?

Everything is cool except the ramp is a little to steep that’s why they wheeled him in backwards. in order for him to get in himself the ramp needs to come out a little longer and less steeper the whole purpose of the ramp is for him to get in and out himself

Holy shit that ramp is steep, wait till it rains, wet wheelchair tires, that gets old quick, you are better off with a lift not a ramp on a big van.
