In today's episode me and Nikken have a route setting stand off. We both pick out really chossy holds for the other person, and their job is to try and set something great with it. To decide which climb is the best we bring in Anton to be our judge.

You should have Anton on more often. He's a natural in front of the camera and does a great job of explaining everything. Plus, it's cool to see someone closer to my (probably most of our) climbing level. Don't we all wish we could campus like Emil?

The setting challenges are fun! I might be in the minority here, but I would also like to see the setting itself and your thought process when you create a boulder.

A banger as per usual. You're keeping me super psyched while Im currently injured and out of climbing. Thanks man, keep up the great work!✌

Really liked this one, cool concept! I'm a fan of old gyms and old holds, they both need more love. There's so much emphasis these days on modern holds and modern setting, I think it would be super awesome to see some more videos like this with old classic holds and setting fire problems with them. Throw it back, respect!

I like that Nikkens boulder kinda climbs how a lot of choss boulders climb, lil micro bumps between awkward bumpy holds

I really like the duel boulder concept. It’s great to see new videos while my gym is temporarily closed due to a little covid outbreak after the holidays here in eastern canada. I’m excited for the hangboard video as i’ve recently started hangboarding

Idk about Europe, but Choss in the US refers to crumbly rock or rock that’s precarious and has a potential to break off.

There are at least two broad categories of spinach: flat-leaf and savoy, which is a more crinkly shape. Now some people believe that semi-savoy is also a category of spinach. Savoy spinach tends to yield the best, semi-savoy is notable for being particularly resistant and versatile, and flat-leaf, being the easiest to rinse, tends to be used in bulk applications such as canning and freezing. Within those three categories are a number of cultivars, some of the most popular being Indian summer, catalina, bloomsdale, space, and red carnival/red kitten. Beyond that there are a few cultivars of spinach that don't quite fit any of these mold, including New Zealand and Malabar. Based on the expertise I've gained over the last six minutes, I've seen at least 27 different cultivars of spinach, which doesn't include an unquantifiable number of heirloom cultivars that small farmers or experienced home gardeners may have. Please show this to Nikken.

This was really fun. Loved the format, from the intro to the independent judging. And bonus spinach, love spinach.

Super fun episode Emil. Cool idea, good execution. Anton is also really entertaining to watch, and it's a nice change of pace to see someone who doesn't do 8A for his warmups, too. :)

Hi Emil,
Great video as usual! Here’s a quick video idea!
I would absolutely love to see an in-depth video going over your warmup and stretching routine and how you go about your rest days!
