I feel like this is a doctor helping their patient feel like they’re not alone as they die. From their clipboard, there are three different diagnoses, one of which is a car crash. They skip over it, as the doctor doesn’t want the patient to focus on their fate (dying) because the doctor knows the patient is beyond saving, and instead focuses on making sure they felt safe/loved/not alone in their passing.
This animation is probably more deep than this but I feel like the clipboard is something people often miss when making theories.
