Pico 4 has great hardware. If your using it as a Steamvr headset, it's awesome. However, the company and software sucks. To this day only 2 media players are available. DEO and the built in. Despite the fact that PICO does a decent pass-through, it's built in player has no pass-through support. They had a great chance, but blew it.

I have the pico 4 since september 2023 and this device has a good price/performance balance if you need a device for steamvr to play your pc vr games. I played many games like jurassic world aftermath, peaky blinders, etc. as stand alone games. Next step is quest 3, but it is not recommended if you need just a device for steam vr. In this case the pico 4 is the better choice.

I have the Pico4 since november 2022 and it is the best headset. Next to my Quest2, I prefer the Pico4.

I think the quest 2 is way better for the pico 4 is almost 500 and the 2 is 300 and the quest software in my opinion is just better

I hear a lot of self accreditation… and not at all of any actual details what the PicSo 4 is capable of.

In any case, I know this vid came out awhile ago, but when compared to the vision pro… I seriously doubt it actually is the most “advanced” vr headset out there.
