GE, 2 small red lockers cost less but use the same power as the medium size ones. However, with 2 small red lockers you actually end up with more storage space. Don't waste time with the orange lockers... their space sucks. You get nickel from 3 places. Randomly from the cylindrical storage units, other mineral nodes and then the nickel nodes. They are kind of goldish and look a little bit like drunken stalagmites. When you can, get all of the updates for the mining tool so you can mine faster with less battery usage. Also, the distance mod helps as you'll need it to mine the small iridium nodes. Not only is the summon vehicle fun to buzz around in, it also looks pretty cool.

You can use the small storage in the hall by your main entrance for go items like food, water, oxygen, med supplies, batteries. One storage box for each type of items. Then you'll have more space in the big ones for materials.

So, the batteries increase power capacity which is what turns off your base power. The solar panels are what you need to charge the base to use the machines, so adding solar panels just helps charge your total power but does nothing for the poweroutages

GE If you check the spaces on the small lockers they have about 25 slots so 2 x small lockers is 50 whilst
the large one has around 45 it would make sense to have 2 small to one locker to give 5 slots more PS I I gone with small lockers

You get nickel from the silver asteroids. But not every silver has a nickel. I set up an auto miner over one of the domes. Above the domes (the green/blue ones) are silver asteroids.

I am sorry but i really do not understand the "looks like Subnautica" its not in the water and all the equipment looks different, i can see a bit of the Breaths Edge comparison, but i love this game i can't wait for it to release. Thanks GE you're the best!
