Nerf Fortnite 6-SH Revolver Ultimate Mod Guide?!

In this video, we talk about removing the barrel to make the blaster N-Strike compatible, upgrading to a new spring and how to do that, removing the AR (air restrictor), removing the dart posts and doing some shell cutting to make this blaster short dart compatible. I talk about this project and the firing test and chronograph performance results up front, so if you are casually interested you can just watch that. For the more adventurous, the entire guide is after that. I left in a few mistakes I made, just in case you make them too! Or, so you can hopefully avoid them. The king of hammershots, Tripp Miller of Radioactive Designs, might be able to give you some pointers. I believe he's said that removing the AR can be a mixed bag, because the plunger tube "floats" to take pressure off the rotating cylinder. Without the AR, air can escape before the plunger tube gets pushed back against the cylinder to make a good seal. You may benefit from beefing up the cylinder seal with mega dart foam. Good mod guide!

As a friendly update to abyone trying this mod, if you line up the shell cutting justbright, you actually keep the retaining post holding down the part the L shaped printed piece is doing. A dan of super glue in the cylinder retention pin housing and you dont need the L piece at all. Furthurmore for these without printers, a scrap puece of nerf barrel material should work for the curved part. Happy modding and shout out to Maritime Foam for such an in depth detailed guide. I cut that piece out before I actually saw it done by anyone else to load short darts from the back I just left it open and it works great! Haven't removed the AR yet but I want a little more performance so I think I might. Btw I got that new adventure force(buzz bee) 6 shooter that's out now that looks like the reflex 6 and removed the AR that thing shoots almost 90fps now most performance I've ever gotten from removing an AR it went from 70-75 to 85-90 kinda crazy!

Your videos explain this like you’ve done this before. Imagine, the minor details your blaze through. I can’t tell where all the springs go because I had one pop out. I don’t even see how the trigger spring goes in and you showed us, but it didn’t really explain it very well. Imagine it’s not as obvious as it is to you. It’s my first time and I’m so lost
