Growing up, I had a girlfriend that was having a hard time with her childhood. As we were dating throughout her difficult times, I would always remind her how beautiful she was. She was very depressed. It took me to learn this song on guitar and sing it to her multiple times in order for her to realize how much of a beautiful person she was. We were happily married for 8 years when we learned that she had a brain tumor. It was a very short 13 months later, she passed. I still come back to YouTube to listen to this song, even if it is a cover, to reminisce.

sometimes you guys, just the looks in your eyes seem to be choking back the tears to the emotions felt when you sing these songs, which makes a lot of your covers better than the originals.

This song came out when I was about 7 and I was in Germany at the time... I remember hearing it on the radio... I... I'm litteraly in tears... After all these years, I finally know the name of this song... So many memories are going through my mind... I miss Germany! I miss being there... I miss my friends... The school... Even the freezing weather!!! I still remember how to get to my bus stop, how to get to my dads work, and how to get to our school! D':

I can't not cry... I have so many things I miss... I have nightmares sometimes that our house was torn down... I remember when my grandmother from in Florida came to visit and the painting fell down behind then radiator and I said I would get it then when I tried, I said "Nana, I canf . this is in the way." And I pointed to the pipe. She thought I had said "buiscuts in the way" and we all cracked up laughing. Then later my other grandmother called and we were still laughing and when my mom answered she could barely talk and my grandmother said she'd call back later...

Sorry if y'all don't like seeing my past I just like expressing my emotions...

I always liked this song, but by making it a duo, it has a much deeper feeling and it is even more beautiful than the original. I LOVE how boyce slightly alters songs, making them something altogether new <3
