After marveling at First Reformed and Card Counter, this one was a MUST SEE. Not a single theater in the SF Bay Area presented it. Fortunately RedBox had it available via streaming for 6.99----Brilliant film....worth every penny.

A strange movie. The first 30 minutes or so were very intriguing - Joel Edgerton is intense (I love his narration), the soundtrack is great and it slowly starts to feel like this is going to be an interesting crime thriller type movie.
Sadly though it wasn't what i expected it to be at all, it was very slow and not super interesting. Some of the dialogue was very odd as well.
