1. Morris Heading: This variety is heat tolerant, grows tall for at least 2 years, and is beautiful to look at.

2. GA Southern: This variety grows the largest collard leaves I've ever seen. Like Morris Heading, these are also heat tolerant and great for warm climates.

3. Purple Collards: I love this variety because they grow so beautifully. This is a great variety to grow if you want to eat your collards raw in a salad or lightly sautéed.

Morris Heads are the only way to go. Everyone wants them instead of the Georgia and yellow collards around here. I plant and sell around 1000 a year. I go straight to Morris Farm to get the plants.

I planted champion and Georgia collards and am not loving the flavor profiles. I will definitely try morris that you recommended as I am in hot hot hot AZ! Nice video!
