People are complaining because she won Asias Got Talent. There is no rule or law that prevents a winner from a previous country to compete in another so its all fair game, she has just as much a right to compete as anyone else. That would be like saying Michael Phelps can’t compete in the Olympics even though he’s already won 23 gold metals.
Also I just thought to myself “Maybe she also has a US citizenship” cuz your allowed to have 2. So that could also be a reason she was eligible.

These judges are so annoying especially Simon!! They were all complaining how they wanted “real” scary performances and now that they have one it’s too scary or weird smh stupid Simon he obviously said no to her.
