Overall, these are outstanding contributions with lots of creativity and human decency.

I am glad that even minor contributions are cheered on and appreciated. This relieves me since I hacked together some code using Abyss's fantastic VS Code Amiga Plugin but feared that it would not be accepted or even rejected. I don't have the time to compete with the highly technical stuff, but I want to release a small part here and there to contribute to the scene. Next year, then.

The same goes for the C64 scene, where I am way stronger.

Circumvent was my favorite, but the flower effect in Spaceballs was really original. Both these seem to properly sync music and video and have a more artistic aesthetic and ‘story’ to them.

One can tell that the people are busted with regular work / careers: the music and the graphics had to take a backseat to lack of time. They haven't really been great since the 1990's, but this year, they are particularly bad. For those who make it to retirement, I cannot wait to see the work that they will be producing when their time is theirs again, and not someone else's.
