Dwight Howard details altercation with Anthony Davis & reveals why he’s not on the Lakers roster

Dwight Howard reveals his expectations for the Los Angeles Lakers despite no longer being on the team. When asked why he isn’t on the team Dwight says: “I would’ve gone back to the Lakers but they tell me every time they’re not going to offer anyone over the age of 30 a multiple year contract. I'm like damn, I just helped y’all win a championship.”

I was surprised they'd let Dwight go. It's just a minimum contract. It's not like they can't afford to have him on the team and Dwight still brings a pretty decent amount of value.

This Lakers team is clearly missing Dwight Howard’s rim protection, also let’s not forget Javale McGee. 2 years ago the Lakers had a good defense and they were grabbing rebounds now they can’t even rebound the ball, Rondo was also a good point guard presence because of his experience.

Dwight and Rondo were HUGE in the Lakers success during that championship year. Was and still am disappointed that he’s not on the team
