‘It’s terrifying’: Merkel shocked by German flood devastation

German Chancellor Angela Merkel has described the scenes in flood-damaged villages she visited as surreal.
It is Germany's worst natural disaster in nearly 60 years.
More heavy rain has hit parts of eastern Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic.
At least 183 people are confirmed dead - but that number is expected to rise.
Merkel's cabinet is scheduled to meet on Wednesday to approve billions of euros in relief and reconstruction funds, according to reports.

The “ west” played this game in the 1980s and help a criminal group called TPLF to hold power.
