Okay great video, but how can this be used in the real world? What’s a positive effect of having this worked out for your organisation in a document? What does it lead to? Why should I spend time on it?

The problem, of course, with this premise about uniqueness is that it's entirely ungrounded in reality. All companies will be unique per definition, but none will be perceived to be by its customers. There's about 60 years' worth of data, not least by Andrew Ehrenberg, to prove it.
