The comparison is a little unfair because of a subtle detail: in Fifa 23 the match is played at night whereas in Fifa 22 is in the afternoon, so the illumination is different.

More of an update to FIFA 22 than a whole new version and it's been like this for year's that's why FIFA should be a service game like Fortnite and others instead of releasing a version every year and selling it

Bought it 3 days ago fifa 23 pass mechanic is trashhhh feels unrealistic most of the times your team mates feels like they don't how to control a simple ball pass at times... Nice try EA with your garbage product for downgrading fifa 23 graphics on ps4...fifa 21 have better textures

When i review first time FIFA 22 i said "look at this colors, they have more color contrast. Colors looks like more vivid".
And now, when i review first time FIFA 23 im saying same thing.
EA give this game every year more vivid colors.

My ancient pc (i5 2500K, 16 G RAM, RX 580 8 G) plays smoother fifa22 BUT I am sure fifa 22 has better gameplay than fifa 23. I d like of course to test it in a next gen console or a high end pc....when I bought it, it was running bad....something changed and now it plays better although I dont like it (the gameplay sucks). Fifa 23 is not a funny game.
