*Becoming a superstar has its pros and cons. Hearing that Jennie eventually came out of her shell and in essence, her comfort zone, is kinda something to awe about and we're just here to celebrate that*

Whenever I see Jennie smiling, laughing, and enjoying makes me smile. Even though she received a lot of backlash from the public, she Is still standing as a strong independent woman and made millions of people around the world recognize her as a global ambassador of Chanel and many more brand advertisements we see on our screen. No one can take her place.

people easily judged her, paint her as a villain but the real people who she meets or work with calls her "angel". she's a strong woman and i really admire her.

It’s not easy to live in a foreign country without parents for 5 years at such a tender age of 9. Just to comeback to live in dorms for another 6 years while working hard to debut. The way for the most of her developing years she lived alone must have been so difficult and lonely. She constantly had to and still has to prove herself. The fact that her ankle was injured right before debut, then in 2018, and again in 2020. It brakes my heart that people hate on her using her weakness, knowing well that she was injured so many times.

The time when she was called "lazy on stage" she actually had an ankle injury, and inspite of that, she went up on stage and tried to dance her best WITH HEELS, and she also had stage fear. So these "fans" who like to throw hate on her for no reason are really wrong!

I've always liked Jennie from the beginning. I've always felt she stood out, from her rap, vocal, dance to fashion. Indeed she has worked hard to become the person she is today. Love you Jennie ❤️

Let's not forget she is the IT girl. For how she worked and for how long she went doing her amazing stuff without letting herself put down

I think this may be quite old news... She improved a lot now after all the attacks. Really proud of her.

She worked really hard to get where she is right now. She didn't deserve the hatred that she got during her Solo debut. She still gets hated for the slightest things, even for things she doesn't do. I hope people appreciate her more for her talent and efforts

God, nowadays people on social media criticize literally everything. As a shy and introvert teen girl, Jennie has been a role model for me since the moment i discovered her. Even my "friends" make me think that being shy is useless and i won't be able to do anything in my future. Wonder how they know my future, but idk why people hate on others for no specific reason. :/

The very and only reason why Jennie danced "lazily" at a point of time was because she had an ankle injury. She had overworked herself and pushed herself forward to continue dancing even when the injury wasn't completely healed. If this accident was off-stage, out of the sight of most of the people, then we could have understood the 'lazy dancing', but people still judge her even after knowing what's going on in her life.

Edit: Omg tysm for the likes I've never gotten so many likes💖

Oh my LORD! Just leave her alone, she’s hurt, she’s not lazy, she never deserves this hate.

I love how she never gave up on her passion despite ppl 24/7 trying to pull her down. She’ll always be my ULT bias & I’ll always support her solely because of the talented sweetheart she is. <3

When haters would say “Does she even deserve the fame she got?” for the ‘lazy dance’, please look at her whole journey first. Let’s put the shy, move to New Zealand to study alone and all beside, let’s just focus on her Kpop journey. Training for 6 years to reach her dream, and not just training, we’re talking about Kpop here one with the most harsh trainings in music and possibly art industry where you train nonstop from early morning to past midnight. Now I would like to ask to most of the people, “Would you sacrifice your college life and 6 years of harsh training where you have no privacy and time for even family and your self for your dream”maybe you answered ‘YES’ but what if I remind you in Kpop many, and I mean many of trainees who even trained 6-10 years doesn’t get to debut… it’s a big risk Jennie took, and also a lot of effort she put in to become what she is today. To be honest, I think people who put this much effort into something is getting rare, not just in art industries, it’s everywhere everyday that many people would try to find shortcuts to success more that putting the effort.
Till here, I’ve only focus about the effort Jennie put in and risks she took, in Kpop trainings, a trainee would have to practice dance, singing, Korean and study for those who still learning school lessons all day and repeat that for years… it’s a very harsh life especially talking about just young teenagers from 14-18, the age that most people would make/ hangout with friend, spend time and travel with family. Yet, even after 6-10 years of training, only 10-15% of trainees would debut, still… the journey just started, you can’t be sure if your group will succeed or fail and have to disband in a few years or even just months!
I think I’ve wrote a loooong comment here, this is just basically how Kpop industry works and how Jennie put in the effort and risked a lot, I don’t really think she deserve the hate she’s receiving right now.
…oh and… one of the clips where you guys say she’s lazy to dance, I suggest you go watch the performance before that, she twisted her ankle and still perform through the whole concert on HEELS. I don’t know what else you’ll call that if you don’t call it ‘professional’.

she had hurted her leg while practicing that's why she couldn't perform. I'm not much of a blink, but i thought it was so toxic of their own "fanbase" to call her lazy and stuffs. she deserves where she's now and no one can discriminate her. she's a queen and will be, no matter what other lousy haters say❤

Jennie has worked very hard for the place where she is right now. Ofcourse, with more fans comes the hate and criticisms, but sometimes the hate that she gets crosses the limits to an extent that it makes me (someone whose not a blink) furious . I'm certain she's a strong person
Anyways, waiting for the group's new song

Actually she always inspired me when its for confidence, being myself and not caring about what people say. She was also hated when she dated and i am really ashamed that people can't understand that beautiful soul. She is lovely, confident and badass i love her

Jennie Kim was the reason I found about kpop! Her solo live performance introduced me to BLACKPINK. She is the only reason I listen to kpop. She may not be the best dancer, but for me she will remain the most strong female character. When she raps, she kills! When she sings, she slays! When she speaks, she spits power. She is Power! She is QUEEEN! SHE IS JENNIE KIM.
