Excellent review, looking forward to Part II (if you ever find it!). Question, if you don't mind: What is the lowest height you can set the monitor to? will it drop right down to the base? My desk has a built-in monitor shelf, so I would prefer a monitor that has to hover 3 or 4 inches in the air. (Yes, I could install a monitor arm, but that would add its own set of complications.)

Mate you totally gloss over the connection to your MBP. I just got this monitor in the mail thinking it would "just work" via USB-C. The monitor doesn't even recognize it as an input, so I'll have to either use either a usb-c hub with HDMI port or a USB-C to displayport cable. This isn't worth the hassle of returning the thing but would have been good to know for sure.
