Will be interesting to see how Europe fairs as the technology goes from math & science heavy early stages, where their educational systems can be an advantage, to productization and commercialization, where the US ecosystem confers different advantages. Yeah but OpenAI puts safeguard on its models, so you cannot ask harmful questions like design a gun or design a bomb. Whereas if the model is on you PC you can lift the safeguards as you want.
