23 yrs old: Started Heath Media, my marketing agency. I made $0 for the first 3 years.
26 yrs old: Went all in on building a personal brand within the marketing space. I passed $100k/year.
28 yrs old: My personal brand allowed me to attract the best talent in the world. Heath Media became an industry leading Meta ads agency, with an exceptional team and an excellent reputation. We crossed $1m/year.

I agree with everything he says in the video. I started running ads for my small beauty business and, I was using the traffic campaign thinking that more people I could send to my website would mean more sales but that was not the case at all because people were visiting the website, I’m talking more than 1, 000 daily sessions but sales was less than 10. Same with engagement, I would get a lot of inquiries about products on IG when I run engagement campaign but sales was so few and I was burning into my small ad budget. I started running sales campaign and it drastically reduced how much I spend on ads and I have getting a decent amount of sales daily now and even when I don’t get much sales, I know that I’m not wasting money on wrong campaign objectives.

Thank you Ben! What's your opinion about Awareness campaign and putting action button (message) on the CTA. So it's like maximizing number of reach and impression but still getting the same feature of engagement to have people message your business? Thakns

Thanks Ben for the awesome video! Question: You mentioned Meta is really good at identifying people who will engage but not necessarily do other things. Would it then defeat the purpose of building a warm audience for retargeting for leads/ sales later if I were to run my video ad under Engagement campaign objective? If it does, what other campaign objective is best to run my video ad under?

If you're prospecting (top of funnel) for a clothing brand (ecommerce business) should you still use 'sales' as the campaign objective to obtain an interested audience and then retarget them later or should you use 'traffic' to build up a potential audience and then run 'sales' as the campaign objective once you have this audience saved and retarget them this way?

These videos have been super helpful. I've started taking over the social media for my parents family business and this really helped me get started. Struggling a bit with figuring out the best strategy, lead generation seems to be the right one but I don't feel like I'm getting results.

Im working on a education and training business, so i wish that is correct for my understanding:

Leads are for someone who promote services like courses or consultation, like what I am doing.

Sales are more for product or services that they can use e+commerce, buy the ticket.


But that is a fun part, I should use sales or leads as I can sell course like that as automation with payment gateway?

@benheath Hi Ben! Facebook now has the option under the leads objective for performance goal, you can now choose Number of leads or number of conversions.. which one should I select?

If I am promoting affiliate product and the affiliate link is on the landing page that will take through user to the Manufacturer Website to make a purchase... Now which objective should I choose (Traffic or conversion or other) because there is no conversion happening on my website and also I can't be able to install pixel on manufacturer website?
