Gonna be quite honest here, according to legitimate power scaling and feats along with statements, a more accurate list would be:

1: Godzilla In Hell, he gained omnipotence
2: Godzilla from Godzilla: Singular Point, who's tru form scales to outerversal
3: King Ghidorah from the third godzilla anime movie, who's powers scale to a minimum of universal
4: Godzilla Earth, who's said in a yoho statement to be on par but on the slight loosing end against King Ghidorah
5: Burning Godzilla, who scales to solar system level or higher
6: Destoroyah, who also scales to Solar System or higher
7: Base heisei who once again scales to Solar System or higher
8: Millennium Godzilla, due to him tanking a black hole he hits solar system or higher
9: Super Mechagodzilla as he was also able to stand up to heisei pretty well and even put heisei on death's door, but crumbled against a rodan-amped heisei godzilla
10: Space Godzilla, hw was able to stand up to heisei very well, being the penultimate boss of the heisei era also comes with the power scaling benefit of you going into this movie knownthat space godzilla would've probably slain a weaker version of heisei (like the 80 meter biogoji for example) though he is ranked below SMG because he didnt put jeisei nearly as close to death as SMG did


I'm not going back now, but I completely forgot about Marvel godzilla, who'd probably be somewhere in the top 5. "CoMpOsItE" godzilla wasn't included because its fan made and I think that little shitter is fuckin ridiculous and stupid
