It’s great to have someone that has their own hives and sells the honey

They can keep most of this stuff, except the honey and butter. Although, i get my honey from a local beekeeper that I know. I also get my butter from a local farm.

You can ferment your own veges, very easy. Takes tine is all.

Affordable grass-fed butter is one of the reasons I shop at Aldi. Can't go without it!

Shop the smaller ethnic grocery stores and supermarkets.
They all carry these items.

Ground up can sardines (no onions or extra spices) are a great source of protein for dogs and cats, very healthy! Organ meats are also excellent for dogs and should be a part of their dinners at least 4 times a week (if not more). Organ meats do not need to be cooked for dogs. Dogs also like inexpensive tuna and other canned fish WITHOUT BONES ONLY. Just remember to not feed your dog anything that contains onion or onion power as it can make dogs very sick.

Living in the rural south, I have no problem finding any of these items in my local grocery stores. Grass fed butter is one I've actually started seeing MORE of recently.

Nothing like a good sandwich made with Sardines in mustard sauce with raw onions.😋

I love sardines. As a gardener though, heirloom seeds often are vulnerable to diseases. It's a mixed bag.

6:34 - braunschweiger, and liverwurst are, I believe, still widely popular as a luncheon meat. I love both, and really haven't been able to discern much of a difference. One has higher quantity of bacon in it, and I only know this due to side by side comparison of the lists of ingredients . Other than that, I really couldn't tell you which one was which if you performed a blind taste test. The flavor, and consistency are pretty much identical, at least they are to my pallette. There is, however, a noticeable difference in color. Liverwurst, has a pale shade, similar to human skin. Braunschweiger is a darker color, appearing more deep pink.... more like sunburnt human skin... teehee teehee...

I can remember when sardines were 12pence a can. In 1980s lol. I still love them. And tin mackerel.

About heirloom seeds, I try buy them more but not really shore do they a really heirloom or mix ? I collect my seeds from garden too, not shore also because cross pollination can happen with tomatoes, cucumbers . But 80% I use my seeds from garden. About organ meats here in America I stop eating or buying because my family here doesn’t like them, in my country we eat that all the time . Now I go back and start buying and cook for me or can them for further use.

I just went back to eating Sardines & Kippered herrings, I use to like Smelts but I cant find those anymore. I like sardines on toast for breakfast & the smell & taste are only horrible if you dont like canned fish & I have had a couple cans that tasted or smelled just a bit too fishy for me so I understand that.
