This is a 'Talk Through' of the new AQA Geography A Level exam paper. It is an intro to a ever increasing series of exam technique videos to help students improve their grades.

It covers the general structure of the paper as well as beginning to break the paper down into the 4 Key question types.

Feedback very much welcomed.

Disclaimer: I do not work for AQA. The advice I give is my opinion on how to answer an exam question and therefore is subjective my nature. I am sure there are many ways to approach these questions.

Hi, could you explain what is meant by the word “Assess” please? I think I understand Assess the extent but I get confused on Assess the causes, Assess the impacts, “Assess the potential causes and impacts of changes to the water balance in a rainforest” is 2018’s question I’m also stuck on deciphering and structuring. Many thanks,
