Ayin - ע - and Het - ח - pronounced very differently! Israeli secular Ashkenazi Jews are (wrong!) pronounce it like in this video. This is wrong Hebrew. Abou t Resh - ר - it may differ from each Jewish community from the world whom got back to Israel.
