It wasn't the best conditions for the auction at 16 Boyce Street, Ryde but the rainy weather didn't prevent buyers for showing up in numbers with the hopes of owning their new home.

Throughout the campaign we had over 160 group inspections and 37 contract requests which portrays how popular this home was with potential buyers.

After multiple bids by buyers this property sold for a duplex record of $1,790,000.
