This is great for shoulder pain, especially when the shoulder is away from the midline of the body and turned out. As you do nerve glides, find the step or your “on and off” button that brings the intensity of the stretch feeling to a 4/10. Go in and out of your “button” for 6-10 reps.
-Stand nice and tall
-Bend elbow and raise shoulder up
-Bring shoulder blade down
-Rotate shoulder inward and close to midline of the body
-Retract shoulder blade backward
-Tilt your head away from arm
-Remain calm and breathe

This did not work at all for me. No movement or stretch in my scapula when I tilt my head.

That causes me so much pain and tightness strains up neck and painful. Think its irritating my TOS .

I had injection once but not recovered. Doctor suggested me to take up once again.

I’m worried.

Does it solve my shoulder problem?

Am I get able to go to gym after sometime?
