Diablo 3 Console - Game Breaking Bug / Exploit

In this video I am showing that Set Bonuses from items are adding to characters base stats. If you wear set items and log out and in, the Set Bonus stats are consistently adding to your base stats.

BE CAREFUL Wearing any set items, this will destroy your character as it has destroyed mind. This has essentially completely broken and ruined my solo play experience. I am really hoping Blizzard fix this, the game feels pointless to play so far and as you can see I played a lot to get to Paragon 11, so I am really unhappy that I have essentially wasted all my time, now the game is too easy on all difficulties and I have lost all challenge.

Bluepost: Liogela: Thank you for the reports of this issue. We have indeed confirmed that this is present in the current Console builds, and a fix has been created and planned for deployment in the near future.

Activision merged with Blizzard, Blizzard didn't sell anything to anyone. As far as exploits go, you can simply choose NOT to use them and thus, not break your game? It's not like someone is holding a gun to your head to make you use these exploits or any like it. I've been playing the game legit and am having a blast. I've not entertained the idea of using any exploits, mainly because I don't think the game needs to be exploited.

well i was gana buy it for ps3 but after seeing this duplicate bug im not going to it takes away the feeling of finding something rare blizzard sold diablo to activision whom are all about money a real pitty this game on console would have been fun

I have had that 2 set since paragon lvl 1, nothing has bugged out so far, atm Im lvl 19

I am confused. I always wear inna's set yet this has never happened with my dex.

wow I take a week break come back and my favorite game its destroyed. Everyone is now doing 5000K or more dps, I really don't understand the whole point of the game is to get better and find better gear. I hope they patch this and take away the items from everyone who did this.

They have already released a hotfix for this and will be including a permanent fix for this in the update

ha ha lol I don't even know why blizzard bothered to release a hotfix for it because its not going to permanentally add those stats to u cause the very first time u take a swing after u get to a point where ur satisfied with ur stats it will cause the game to run a refresh update on ur calculated stats and guess what all that boing work u did grinding to raise ur base stats goes poof haha bye bye set back to normal
