So for the Dying stars, what their saying is, when you dispell them, you get a debuff, Vulnerable, that then says if you dispell again while that debuff is active, whatever you dispell is going to be placed on you at half the duration. Essentially, this means to effectively dispell, you will actually have to wait 15 secs, or incur the dots yourself. This helps against healers who were dispelling on cd for both their teammates. This also will backlash Holy priest with double dispell and hpals with their cleanse the weak aura dispell.

Mages are going to be insane. That Holy Paladin one looks like it could mean all healing spells will miss.

Did they seriously proactively nerf enhance before the patch came out?? It’s legit undeniable that somewhere deep in blizzard policy it says “yo fuck enhance”

Good to see that they are trying to shake up the gameplay, but some of this seem like they are throwing stuff at the wall and seeing what sticks...

This is starting to look like the slippery slope that dispels went down. A button that supposed to put you ahead seems more punishing to press than not pressing at all. Now they are going to incentivize CC (another button that "supposed to" put you ahead anyway?). All I see is healers hovering over the unsub button.

Mage with cyclone.... could we just have given them deep back?

I feel like, for enhance, the heal will be instant if you use Stormweaver.
That way you can still do dmg and get instant heals

As a feral main, those changes look great actually. Leader of the pack crit chance is alright, it's our lowest stat priority. With crit nerfs in PVP it's probably worse. The new change sounds decent, especially for slower classes in your team like DK, but overall glad they're getting rid of these flat stat boost pvp talents for utility. As for Wild Attunement, it looks great, but clone is so far from astral influence, which feels necessary at this point to apply AoE bleeds.

Frost death knight needs a mortal strike effect . Frost death knight has also too much RNG in there core abillties needs to be removed. Rime has 45% proc by obilirate . Killing machine proc by chance of auto critcal strike attacks . Frost strike has 20 % chance to proc killing machine . Rune mastery has a chance to proc 6 % strenght by comsumping a rune . Murder efficincy has 50 % chance to give a rune . Obiliration has a 30 % chance to give you a rune . There is just too much RNG in frost death knight feels clunky . Bonegrinder h
procs at 5 killing machine wich is too much needs to be 2 -3 killing machine procs. Your disease damage have a chance to give the target 6 % damage taken .

Tested the shaman thing now, after using for example a 5 maelstorm LB ur next heal is also instant, then the healing nerf makes sense, use ur dmg ability get a free heal (2 globals but still)

Also burrow thw new pvp talent ur able to cancel wich makes it a very strong defensive (like IB)😊

Evoker change is actually huge. One of the biggest problems of devastation in addition to squishyness is their lack of cc, so this honestly feels like a major buff. Having essentially a better polymorph could make it more viable.

Enhancer one means that U can use 10 stacks on elemental Blast and after that U can use your healing surge Like as U had 10stacks

from what it says it looks like vulnerable just means if you dispel moonfire or sunfire half the duration of the dot gets added to you. So it wont kill your AP generation as much still gonna be annoying for the waning twighlight buff but i guess thats what stellar flare is for

The enh talent should mean that the next heal is also instant cast. MW amplifies damage/healing, and also speeds up casts up to 5 stacks when it becomes instant. So if the spell gets the *full* benefit of maelstrom weapon, it should be instant. I actually like this change since it means we can spend our resources on damage without worrying about needing to pool stacks to live.

I had a trolling zombie Unholy DK build in Legion.. You can spam those zombies with so many corpses say in bgs, and if they do make it to the target, it is hilarious! The only thing is there will be less corpses to generate them from in arena.

The absolute cheese comp, double dk + priest, both dks pop zombies (80% health dmg?) and since its aoe they can just both grip dps, priest mcs healer lol and if they pop everything to live then dks can just repeat it 24 seconds? Or could also go resto druid and put vortex on top of the zombies so they cant leap out lol

Gotta love how they didn't think the range nerfs for brewmaster incendiary breath were enough to kill it, they just straight up said you're not allowed any viability at all.

I'm glad Retribution is finally getting instant movement and shield of vengeance fixed so that is actually absorbs damage instead of doing 0 absorb and 0 damage. Oh wait, nevermind, those things aren't a dev priority.
