There is absolutely no reason to do this, the tankoin system works just fine. Why not fix actual problems instead...like make the game more interesting so I have motivation to play more than twice a week. Daily mission rewards are so low its not even worth doing..

Whatever rubies will do in the game you could implement it to the crystals but no, you need to make another currency.
But what's the point of keeping crystals after all?? And why we will not be able to exchange crystals with rubies too?
