This is a stellar performance by one of the best god given talented women to ever walk the earth.  Eydie knew how to deliver a song, and if you had the chance to hear her you were not disappointed.  She has a great voice, and we were lucky to have her as long as we did.  Eydie, you will be missed but we can still hear all her great songs today.

kids today have no idea what a singer is. just a voice and the music in the background rather than the other way around, no special enhancements or effects. just a voice. oohhhh what a singer she is.

This is what entertainment on TV used to be and should be again. Hopefully it will. Eydie is great!

I'm 18 and I ADORE this music!. I just wish more kids were brought up on it like me. It's sad, but at least we have artists like Michael Bublé who are trying to bring it back. Maybe some day . . .

I was lucky enough to grow up in era where this was the standard on TV variety shows - you can't find this quality anymore - simply stunning.

Those days of the 1960's and 1970's were so much better than today's. it's sad but true that our national sense of music has deteriorated so tragically.

Young people have way too much constant stimulation -- they can't seem to "hear" anything musically unless there is the visual equivalent of an action movie going on in the background.

You will be remembered always, Eydie , always.

If you want to see how good a singer really is, have her (or him) sing this.

Today's lip-synching, stripper pole dancing, scantilly clad, pop stars cant hold a candle to Ms.Gorme's chops and sex appeal! That is one class act. Check out her knock out performance of Tony Bennett's I wanna be around, on the Tonight show.
