Watch at 1.25 speed. I highly recommend it.

Got this turntable today and I couldn’t be happier. I’m using Bluetooth because I have no space for dedicated speakers but have a Bluetooth enabled soundbar with subwoofer. Had a lot of fun playing and listening to my small record collection this afternoon!

Bought this turntable a couple of weeks ago and it's my first one ever. I think you've pretty much nailed it in the video. It connects with the bluetooth speakers literally with a touch of a button and doesn't require you to be a hacker to manage connections. The sound, to my beginner's ear, is pretty much fantastic and I can't see myself upgrading from this for a while.
Love your chilled reviewing style. Thanks!

I have the non-Bluetooth version of this table hooked to my Onkyo receiver playing through my home theater system. I love the sound this little thing makes! I really had forgotten how I used to enjoy listening to records as a kid until I started spinning them on this table. It's not the greatest turntable in the world, but my goodness, it punches above its weight and sounds really good.

I own one. Very, very pleased. I don't use the Bluetooth and have it wired directly to my integrated amplifier. The turntable has amazing sound... soundstage, details, highs are very, very good. I would highly recommend this turntable for the beginner.

Got one for Christmas as a gift from my girlfriend. I have not had a turntable since 1990...but my curiosity to play my remaining 75 albums meant I nudged her to get me one. I'm not bothered with going down rabbit holes with tweaking etc and I am happy to just enjoy the music. Sound quality is surprisingly good and it looks modern and has a small footprint. Plug and play....brilliant.

After seeing this review, I think I'm gonna get this turntable for my first one. This looks like the perfect one for me.

The he only bad part of this review is hearing $150 when it has crept up to $220. Got to love inflation. 😢

Looks like a turntable that I'd really enjoy having in my office. Bluetooth quality is improving. I like being able to move my speakers around the room without having to hide wires. Looks like a great lifestyle turntable at a very affordable price. Don't let these plastic machines scare you. My 1995 Radio Shack no-frills turntable is a rebranded Audio Technica. Still playing well after 24 years.

I prefer the old school stuff BUT this is a beautiful solution for my work studio where space is limited. Now I can actually have vinyl in house and not worry about having a bunch of additional components stuffed into a small space. For those that are into esthetic and don't mind pretty colors, Urban Outfitters has this model in Rose Gold. That's what I ordered!

A very cheap turntable but with unexpected wonderful sound! Congratulations to Audio technica!
( P.s. I have an experience with analogue sound more or less 30 years! )

This has been SO helpful. Thankyou for not using too much jargon. As a brand new, fledgling vinyl collector I was needing a well-worded, well-thought out review. I'll be buying one :)

Andrew: I wish I would have found this review a couple of weeks earlier. I bought the AT-LP120XBT-USB (on sale at BestBuy, and IN STOCK!). Just getting back into vinyl, digging out all of my old albums, and WOW! I had forgotten how good vinyl sounds. Then I tried the BT function with a pair of Sony BT headphones. Again, I am impressed! No, it isn't the quite the same listening experience as when I want to sit and listen to everything being wired, but it IS better than streaming, and gives me the freedom to move about the house whilst listening to 40 year old albums. Price and simplicity of use were the only reasons I said I wish I had found your review earlier. That said, I love this turntable. It really does give me the best of both worlds.

Just a side note: I am surprised at how scarce turntables seem to be right now. Maybe after a couple of months after stock has been replenished, they will be more plentiful. I know, Christmas was last month, and we're in the middle of a pandemic. I was still surprised at the lack of stock.

Anyway, I love the channel!!! Have a great day!

I’ve had this for over a year and for the price it’s excellent. 👍

I just picked this one up today. I've hooked this up (sacrelige to some people) to my JBL boombox, and it makes even the mids, lows and vocals sound absolutley incredible. This turntable is fantastic.

The cartridge in this turntable is a version of the AT3600. While the cartridge is not replaceable, the stylus can be upgraded. LP Gear has an upgrade kit for the AT-LP60 that includes a new belt for the drive and an elliptical stylus for the cartridge.

Andy makes a great review about the LP60XBT. Perhaps one thing he didn't touch on was the ability to upgrade the stylus, not the cartridge, but the stylus. Yes, this turntable, as many different models do, comes with the widely used ATN3600L cartridge with a conical stylus. This is where the potential for upgrade is there. A couple of months back, I became curious of what making the switch from a conical stylus to an elliptical would make to the soundstage on this turntable. I can tell Andrew, as well as anybody else who may be thinking about doing something like this, the change is worth it, it's a little more expensive, but worth it. You definitely get a difference with an elliptical tip, and this difference is still apparent whenever I like to use this turntable's bluetooth feature. Even my inexpensive speakers, the Logitech Z130's sound fuller and exhibit more detail, which may also be due to the fact that this turntable uses the aptX bluetooth audio codec. This is where I have to conclude my strong inclination to often use this turntable's bluetooth feature because of the hi resolution streaming it offers, and the elliptical tip clearly enhances the quality of the bluetooth sound to an absolutely beautiful level. It's the kind of turntable that emphasises the fact that bluetooth isn't just about convenience anymore, it's serious audio.

I have this exact record player
and I absolutely love the versatility of it. I prefer a wired connection when listening to records through speakers. And I enjoy listening to records with wireless headphones. I can't sit still whenever I listen to a record. This has given me the freedom to move around to dance and sing along. Overall, this is definitely the best value on the market right now.

I just bought this turntable yesterday and if you’re on the fence about buying it, fucking buy it, and get to rocking. It sounds great. You aren’t going to live forever, you’ll be dead before you know it…..
