Big contradiction here:
Business guy: "those people cant afford expensive drinks, they're are getting loaded at wholesellers and drinking out of their cars"
Reality: the injunction protecting after hours alcohol sales was brought on by local area businesses.

Well I guess the poor residents of the beach are getting their property and sleep destroyed again this year. I can’t believe they pay so much to live on the beach.

Who needs to drink alcohol after 2am? The idea that only potentially poor people are getting drunk an actin a fool in the streets is rather disgusting. Yeah, no one out there can afford to get drunk on $18 drinks. That's called denial, you don't want to admit there is a problem if you can blame someone else!
