A full case adds so much extra mass and weight. I find the Smart Cover to be perfect. It's the best case I have ever used.

Can you please precisely measure the hole where the Home button will fit in this iPad 5 chassis, and tell us if it's the size of the old iPad 4th Gen or iPhone 5, or if it's similar to the hole found in iPhone 5s front cover? This could indicate whether the next iPad will have Touch ID or not!

They look like they are not as likely to fall over, compared to todays model. The lowest portion, the one that is touching the ground is wider, which it probably won't fall over just with a gentle tab like the others.

it's rediculous how many things we get to know about devices before they even get announced. I mean You have the smartcover.. not only leaked, you hold it already in your hands! And even the iPad itself is already at your home.. okay without the internals but its pretty remarkable what the press can get their hands on in 2013

I was hoping that Apple would fix the smart cover and remove the metal bits so it doesn't scratch the iPad's side, and I was hoping that they would make the iPad mini smart cover bigger because they've removed the metal bits form the outside and are covered with material so it doesn't scratch the side.

They should carry on the gold colour option and touch ID to the iPad 5 and mini 2
