I made a request randomly thinking Mathew might not even read my comment, but since my comment Mathew has been consistent showing us the webcam samples in normal / natural lighting, this is how much this man takes our requests and suggestions into consideration. My fav tech youtuber for a reason. Thanks a ton Sir Mathew, best wishes and love from India ❣

i swear being able to open with one hand is so useless and a lot of the time means looser hinges. Im happy when you can't open it with one hand lol

As you probably have been made aware, there is an OLED option for this device when ordering from Lenovo. Highly recommended. Still got it for under 1k this July.

What does it mean that you “partnered with Lenovo?”

I want one cheap Qualcomm snapdragon based as daily driver. Doesn't need to have powerful for pro use cases.
Not sure why we can't get a cheaper arm based laptops!
Arm was supposed to be provide cheaper options

Been waiting for a review of this laptop, do you recon the 14" version will perform similarly? I've been eyeing the 14" OLED model for a while now. Even though it's not a gaming laptop I'd have loved to see more gaming benchmarks of games that people are playing on mobile devices, maybe take a look at the "Most played on steam deck" page. Love your reviews, just some thoughts I had watching this!

AMD is just a little behind the X Elite in performance and battery life despite the hype, and pricing is similar. Factor in that next month, we will see a new Strix, and consumers should be wary of the billion-dollar marketing push by Qualcomm and MS. The 14-inch is £900 in the UK for 1TB/16GB with the same display (no other display option or 16-inch). If you mainly use an external display at home or work, then this seems to be of excellent value.

Is there press sensitive detection ? Like apps and stylus makes lines bigger when you press harder on the screen ?

Do these Yoga's support AES or MPP for the pen protocol? It's confusing there is one Lenovo Pen 2 which says MPP and the Digital Pen 2 which says AES so I'm confused to which one to buy since mine didn't come with the stylus.

Any clues?😢 Does the screen by default support both?

Hello Matthew! Please, could you answer me? I want to buy this lenovo yoga 7 for coding. Usually I'm working with web design in figma and programming - html, css, js, php, python. And I'll be making videos for my blog on social media. I'm not a fan of gaming laptops, because they are so large and uncomfortable for me. I'm looking for lightweight laptop that will be with great battery. Will be this laptop best choice?

I'm in love with this model, do not care about display color, only brightness. The 425 Nits score- is that measured or stated from the specs? Because I'm trying to buy this and only offering is 300 nits?

I just bought this today from Best Buy here in Toronto. I swear the Galaxy Tab 8 is better 😅 but, upon exchanging Dell for this, is there a better recommendation you have in mind? The i5 is smaller, not a fan of Acer.
