20ml Eucalyptus Oil

20ml Menthol Crystals

How to Use:

Eucalyptus Oil – add a few drops to hot water or water area of a steaming machine and deeply inhale the steam vapour for 5-10min.

(Eucalyptus oil is also used to ease nasal congestion, coughs, tight chest, cold symptoms and provide helps in respiratory health)

Menthol Crystals – add a very small amount to hot water or water area of a steaming machine and inhale the steam vapour for 5-10 min.

(Menthol Crystals used to helps to unblock stuffy and congested nose, helps promote easier breathing, helps sinus discomforts, helps ease tight chest and cough.

Peppermint Druppels – add a very small amount to hot water or water area of a steaming machine and inhale the steam vapour for 5-10 min.
