Love your video, would love having one to addressing the problem of running to short ball. Sometimes I run to fast and get to close to the ball, than bounce go behind me, sometimes I don't run enough the ball is to far for my reach. I know many A player in my league struggle with this issue

Hi Ryan, can you explain why she has her right wrist bent so sharply and her hands are spaced? Does that mean her left arm is doing more of the work? (reminds me of Djokovic who also has his right wrist bent and his hands not together as well). Thanks

Ryan, love your videos and follow/implement them religiously ! However can you clarify the C swing mindset please. VA's C swing on this forehand is very clear. However FAA's forehand from your 9 Aug video is far less so. That video stressed keeping the racquet on your chest side. Do you advocate a 'shallower' swing like FAA's or VA's bigger C swing ? thanks
