The thing is that they actually talked about him taking clenbuterol and T3 .. this combo for weeks on end is infamously known for cardiac remodelling.. even just for 8weeks it’s an issue.. there is a trainer that killed loads of his females competitiors and got several of them into having longterm heartissues with that combo..

But he did that for much longer periods even.

On top of that also Trenbolone.. which in itself is known for cardiac remodelling. then stopped doing everything prolly for the anestesia or not during nose job.. and there was maybe some issue getting back on after surgery and at the same time going to sauna.
