Ops MGT and LP -- one variance test

A donut company wants each of its Boston Crème Doughnuts to have 0.5 ounces of custard in them. Because the process of filling doughnuts follows a normal distribution, some will have too little custard and some will have too much. As such, it tests to see if the standard deviation of custard filling exceeds 0.05 ounces or not. To do this, it uses a one variance chi-square test.
