The real answer is looking into innovative new recycling solutions whilst also supporting the large corporations and governments that are actually meeting their targets, that coupled with small things like recycling at home and not buying unnecessary items will make a big difference and once developed countries have got it right they should help less developed countries, bureaucracy has become boring and makes it is obvious that no leaders care when they set targets they never even try to meet
