People want better pay, benefits, and time off or a 401k option. People don't want to go back to low pay, no benefits, especially people who work in the service industry. Very low pay and not a lot of respect from employers. People are sick of it. Do I think people should sit home on unemployment, no, but employers need to do better. I've been back to work for almost a year, but I don't blame people for not rushing to go back to work.

I was getting paid 13. Now I got a new job on March. Start 15. Now May, pay increase to 15.50. Less stressful than the other one

Maybe many businesses will treat staff better including pay...Even multi-billionaire Jeff Bezo is thinking about a plan to pay employees $15...A decade ago studies showed people needed to make at least $11 an hour to pay monthly bills

I apply at target they never call me back I had a interview they email me that don’t blend with the people I called they told because I’m not good fit for I told I speak 🗣 Spanish and English and Russian but they still denied me

I am an Uber driver. Uber has cut per mile for drivers from 80 cents per mile to 55 cents per mile. It is a total bait and switch right now.

Wow!! They want everybody to work for fast food restaurants. So the only jobs AVAILABLE is stores and restaurants i did that when i was a kid / young adult.. These people are crazy.. I got bad feet bad heart, chronic sinus issues.. You name it..

I think older people should still recieve unemployment. Until it is safe. Unless you have an excuse i think healthy people can work.

People are tired of getting paid crappy wages. I don't see how a secretary can sit at a desk all day answering a phone and emails at $15 an hour, but someone in retail or food service gets $9 an hour after spending 8 hour days on their feet dealing with stressful customers and doing other hard work. College degrees are a joke, and just put people in debt. Experience and skill is what employers should look for and not some piece of paper. Many big businesses can easily afford to pay employees at least $15 an hour, but they put profit over people. Now that they are ending that extra $300 for unemployment, people won't have a choice but to take any crappy job they can get. Once that happens, Biden will probably start boasting about unemployment numbers decreasing, as if the government actually did something right.

Its low pay. Can't afford to work 3 full time jobs at minimum wage. Or they hire you at a good rate. Then let you go when they find someone cheaper.

Company's really need employees I was at a restaurant recently and there was two servers, one food runner and a busboy there where four sections only three open couldn't be seated on the patio due to limited servers.
